Office Hours

• 9am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday.
• 9am to 2pm, Friday.
• Office hours are by appointment only. However, at times we are able to accommodate walk-ins.
• Some evening appointments are available and are made on an individual basis.

Our Staff

Our office staff works as a team to support all of our clients.  They work in close conjunction with Dr. Kupersmith to provide a relaxing, comfortable, and informative atmosphere. 

Donna is our patient coordinator who is available during office hours to answer many of your questions about various cosmetic options or procedures.  You may decide to speak with her either before or after a consultation.  Feel free to call and discuss your concerns with her.

Donna is also our nurse who performs some of our laser treatments and assists with in-office surgical procedures.

Our Office Assistant, Susan, can answer your practice-related questions as they may pertain to the functioning of our office, insurance issues, or finance.

Insurance and Finance

Most cosmetic plastic surgery procedures are performed on an elective basis.  Therefore, they are generally not covered by insurance plans.  Our practice can assist you in processing insurance paperwork. However, payment in full is required prior to proceeding with elective procedures.

We accept most major credit cards and personal checks (which must clear prior to commencing treatment).  Financing options are also available through various third-party providers.  Our staff can discuss these options with you and provide you with all of the information necessary for you to evaluate financing possibilities.
