Office Hours

• 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Thursday.
• 9 am to 2 pm, Friday.
• Office hours are by appointment only. However, at times we are able to accommodate walk-ins.
• Some evening appointments are available and are made on an individual basis.

Our Staff

Our office staff works as a team to support all of our clients and add a personalized touch.  They work in close conjunction with Dr. Kupersmith to provide a relaxing, comfortable, and informative atmosphere. 

Our Office Assistant and patient coordinator, Susan, can answer your practice-related questions as they may pertain to the functioning of our office, insurance issues, or financing.  She is also available during office hours to answer many of your questions about various cosmetic options or procedures.  You may decide to speak with her either before or after a consultation.  Feel free to call and discuss your concerns with her.

Accepted Types of Payment

We accept many different types of payment in our office.  Although cash is preferred, we accept most major credit cards and personal checks (which must clear prior to commencing treatment).

Financing Plans

Financing options are also available through Care Credit.  Our staff can discuss these options with you and provide you with all of the information necessary for you to evaluate financing possibilities. Insurance

Most cosmetic plastic surgery procedures are performed on an elective basis.  Therefore, they are generally not covered by insurance plans.  Our practice can assist you in processing insurance paperwork. However, payment in full is required prior to proceeding with elective procedures.
